- $30.00 ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE PROTECTION FEE (ADPF) PER STAY/CONDO
- $1.00 IN-ROOM SAFE FEE (AT SELECT PROPERTIES) PER DAY
- A departure fee is required with each reservation:

Cancellation Policy: Refund requests must be received in writing 30 days prior to arrival date The cancellation fee is 20% of deposit received up to 30 days prior to arrival, after which deposit is forfeit.
